Under the Lights
An Arizona summer doesn’t leave much daylight for training. So we go after dark.
The floodlights come on, the circle forms, and the session plan goes around the group. Technique first: catch, pull, exit, recovery, over and over until it stops being something you think about. Then pieces. Then more pieces.

Nobody remembers the easy sessions. They remember the last piece when your arms are gone and the man in front of you is still pulling, so you pull too. That’s the brotherhood.
Practice ends the way it always does: one photo, everyone in, hands up.
